Sharad Purnima Full Moon Meditation
Namaste Friends. Its Sharad purnima full moon on 15th Oct. Full Moon is the best time to invoke empathy, compassion and love for humankind. It is believed that Sharad Purnima is the only day in the year when the moon comes out with all sixteen Kala(s).
Enjoy this full moon meditation and connect with existence…also feel my presence with u. love n light..
Steps of full moon meditation (Do it for 30 to 45 mins):
• Sit relaxed under full moon
• Look at it for sometime with a very “relaxed loving gazing”
• Connect with it and feel love flowing between you and moon
• Then slowly feel that you are completely connected with the moon and receiving its love and energies and they are completely filling up your body
• Once you feel that your body is filled, then slowly close your eyes
• Now feel that your entire body is glowing from the moonlight inside as if you are the moon now.
• Let this loving and soothing energy come out of your body and cover you and spread around you
• Enjoy this state of being for a few minutes while being connected with the entire sky and stars as moon itself
• Then go to sleep in the same mode….
You can sit as long as you like; the whole night also if you like. Most important and final point is when you connect with the entire existence as the moon itself and feel that oneness. If that happens the purpose is fulfilled. When done regularly this oneness will become more and more condensed and fulfilling and then it will become the part of your current state of being too
