Singing Bowls produce sounds that evoke a deep state of relaxation. Through the therapy, one can restore the normal vibratory frequencies of one’s mind, body and soul.

When Singing Bowls Vibrate, they send waves of vibration and sound throughout a person’s body, harmonizing cells. Singing bowls also have relaxing effect on the brain, slowing brain waves thereby bringing a person to a deep meditative state.

Today, singing bowls are famous worldwide for meditation, music, relaxation and personal well-being. The sound of singing bowls touches every part and cell of our body and transforms us to function emotionally, physically, mentally and spiritually.

SESSION

Formation of full-body Session for 80 mins.  In session you will learn to give Sound Bath, Nada yoga as well as Chakra balancing and Aura Cleansing with Singing Bowl.

  • Learn How to lead a meditation to awaken self-love, compassion, Gratitude, and forgiveness,  towards yourself & others.
  • Learn how to give a sound bath. 
  • Learn Aura cleansing.
  • Chakra cleansing with Singing Bowl.
  • Chakra Balancing with Sound.
  • Learn how to give a complete singing bowl healing + sound bath meditation session
  • Learn how to conduct Group sessions.
  • Learn Nada Yoga with sacred sound.

  • Learn how to design 1 & 2 days workshops & Meditation workshops.
  • Learn how to give a complete singing bowl individual chakra healing and balancing for each chakra.
  • Learn the Sound bowl formations for individual + couple sound healing sessions.
  • Learn to use different bowls for healing.

Fee in Euros: Total – Euro 550 with stay (in Private room) and food in a beautiful Ashram overlooking the holy Ganges river.
